BareTail is a real-time viewing tool for text files, similar to the Unix tail -f command but with many additional features. It supports viewing files of any size, instant scrolling to any point in the file, configurable highlighting, and international character sets (Unicode and UTF-8). It is ideal for viewing logs, traces, and other growing files in real time.
